Fidal re-elects leader as it plots international growth

France’s largest law firm, Fidal, has elected Jean-Louis Paul to serve another term as its chairman as the 1,250-lawyer giant looks to link up with firms in six key jurisdictions.

Paul, who became chairman and chief executive of Fidal in 1994, has been voted to serve another four-year term this month, alongside the Paris firm’s general manager, Jean Gousset.
