Herbert Smith go for Gold

Herbert Smith litigation chief David Gold has won the race to become senior partner of the top 10 London firm.

Gold narrowly won the role in a two-way race against global practice partner Richard Fleck in a result that has been interpreted as a re-asserting the traditional dominance of Herbert Smith’s market-leading litigation practice over its growing corporate team.
