As was reported in Legal Week (30 September), Pinsents and Masons partners have voted through a merger of the two nationals to create Pinsent Masons, the UK’s 15th largest law firm.
Masons lawyers and personnel are set to move into Pinsents’ premises on 6 December. The combined firm’s Leeds office will comprise 395 lawyers and support staff in total, with an annual turnover of £30m.
