Wilmer Cutler raids Boston VC leader

Newly-merged US giant Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr has bolstered its Boston corporate practice with the hire of senior Testa Hurwitz & Thibeault partner Thomas Beaudoin.

Beaudoin, who has been with the Boston venture capital and technology specialist for 15 years, joins the top 25 US firm’s corporate practice this week. He is a specialist in private equity, fund formation and related governance issues.
