Wilmer Cutler suffers first London loss since merger

US giant Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr is losing its first London partner since its landmark merger, with litigation expert David Capps leaving for a senior role at UBS.

Capps, who only joined the City base of legacy Wilmer Cutler & Pickering in 2002 from DLA, is leaving on 12 October to become head of litigation for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the investment bank.
