Pinsents and Masons have voted through their merger to create the UK’s 15th largest law firm.
As reported on legalweek.com (27 September), the firms voted through the deal over the weekend, completing the largest domestic merger since Denton Hall’s 2000 tie-up with Wilde Sapte.
