CMS Cameron McKenna plugs into National Grid gas deal

Trophy client National Grid Transco (NGT) has called on CMS Cameron McKenna once more to handle its high-profile disposal of four regional gas networks for a combined £5.8bn.

Corporate finance partner Sean Watson led a Camerons team that included technology partner John Alexander, banking partners Nancy Eller and Jason Harding, insurance partner Stephen Tester and health and safety partner Mark Tyler.
