US trio bags £356m Interbrew deal

A trio of leading US law firms are raising their glasses to celebrate securing instructions on a cross-border deal for expansive Belgian beer giant Interbrew.

The $530m (£356m) acquisition sees Interbrew take full control of Russian subsidiary SUN-Interbrew after buying out its joint venture partner, the family-owned SUN Trade (International).
