Linklaters boosts NY

Linklaters has hired an insolvency partner from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York as the magic circle firm moves to bolster its infant US restructuring practice.

Mark Palmer, a financial restruc-turing specialist, joins as the 12th partner in Linklaters’ New York arm. He previously worked at Sullivan & Cromwell and in-house at NextSet Software and Reuters America.
