New York giant launches Frankfurt practice after corporate raid on local firm Hoelters & Elsing

US firm Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson has launched a German practice in Frankfurt with the hire of two corporate partners from Hoelters & Elsing.
Frankfurt-based partners Sven Schulte-Hillen and Juergen van Kann officially joined the New York firm last month in a move that establishes Fried Frank’s third European base after London and Paris. The move was finalised in mid-July.
