Linklaters and CC join on £1.75bn Centrica sale

Linklaters and Clifford Chance (CC) have advised on the £1.75bn cash sale of Centrica’s The Automobile Association (AA) to CVC Capital Partners (CVC) and Permira.

Linklaters’ corporate partners Derek McMenamin and James Inglis, and IT/communications partner John Crozier advised the FTSE 100 company on the sale of the UK roadside assistance and financial services group.
