The sun will finally set for Denton Wilde Sapte in Asia at the end of the month as the firm secures a deal to close its offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.

Dentons has now finalised the fate of its largest office in the region – its seven-partner Hong Kong arm. Real estate expert Raymond Kwok will join Simmons & Simmons, with litigation partners Martin Downey and David Hall-Jones set to move to San Francisco firm Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe.
