Dentons feasts on £328m food sale

Denton Wilde Sapte has closed one of its biggest corporate deals of the year acting opposite Slaughter and May on the sale of Tibbett & Britten to logistics group Exel.

Exel last week made a recommended cash offer for Tibbett & Britten, valuing the food and drink specialist at nearly £328m.
