What have been your main challenges as head of legal since you took up the role?
It was a baptism of fire when I was promoted to my new role: (a) the lawyer we had recruited to replace me did not start straight away and (b) our other lawyer was on maternity leave. So I had a couple of months as a deeply overworked split personality – pretending to run the department on the one hand, taking instructions from myself on the other.
