Herbies seals £107m Qatar property deal

one america square: prime property Herbert Smith’s City real estate profile has been boosted by its advice to the Government of Qatar on a high profile dual property acquisition and debt financing.

The firm advised on the £107m acquisition from the Gertner family of One America Square, a 13-storey office building in EC3 currently occupied by US broker Cantor Fitzgerald.
