Norton Rose has lost its highly rated head of pensions litigation to Morgan Lewis & Bockius as the US giant continues its City expansion drive.

Peter Hardy, who has spent the past ten years as a partner at Norton Rose, is widely known for successfully representing policyholders in the Equitable Life test case on guaranteed annuity rates.
