I was in philosophical mode the other morning as I made my way into work. I started thinking about my users and all their endearing characteristics.
Now for those of you who do not know, ‘users’ in the case of computing services, are those members of the firm who are not in the IT department (and indeed I sometimes wonder if it does not include some of the IT team itself when I look at the list below).
