Ex-CC lawyer in real-time solution

A former Clifford Chance capital markets lawyer has launched a collaborative working solution that enables a group of lawyers, clients and others to work on the same document at the same time.

The system, Realtimetext, is effectively a hosted space similar to the proprietary ‘virtual dealrooms’ offered by most large law firms.
