Beiten Burkhardt awaits confirmation from SEC of its divorce from KPMG

Beiten Burkhardt Goerdeler is to secure a full split from KPMG’s legal arm KLegal as the German firm closes in on a UK ‘best friend’.

Beitens managing partner Thomas Sacher told Legal Week the firm was “anxiously waiting” to receive a no action letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in relation to the German law firm’s links with KPMG.
