Oppenheimer Paris arm goes solo as Steptoe grabs Brussels

Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly’s Paris office has opted to form a standalone practice following the takeover of the firm’s Brussels arm by US rival Steptoe & Johnson.

The three-partner French practice will now rebrand as CGR with the initials representing partners Frederic Roche, Fabrice Cassin and Gilles Gassenbach. Roche was also formerly the partner in charge of the Brussels office.
