Abbey sale elementary for DLA

DLA advised established client Mapeley Columbus on the disposal of one of the property outsourcing giant’s most significant portfolio of properties, which includes the fictional home of Sherlock Holmes.

Mapeley acquired the entire portfolio as part of a £450m property outsourcing deal with Abbey, formerly Abbey National, in 2000.
