White & Case has hired a three-lawyer team from Clifford Chance’s (CC) Duesseldorf office, headed by partner Manfred Ungemach.

Ungemach is joining the US firm’s German corporate team in Duesseldorf. He specialises in the energy sector – concentrating on energy contract and commercial law, energy antitrust and competition.
