Fiat: Bruno Cova, senior vice president and general counsel at Fiat, has left his position as part of a management shake-up by new chief executive, Giuseppe Morchio. Cova’s position will be taken by Luciano Soldi, previously general counsel at Pirelli Tyres.

JP Morgan: US finance giant JP Morgan has overhauled its investment banking legal department. New York-based in-house lawyers Diane Genova and Travis Epes have been appointed to the newly created roles of global co-general counsel for investment banking. Genova will focus primarily on derivatives, structured finance and loan and credit matters. Global head of M&A Kate Crowley is retiring from her role and her responsibilities will be taken over by Epes, who will also head the securities function.
