LA giant secures Paris merger

Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker has voted to merge with French firm Moquet Borde in the latest major push by a US firm into the lucrative Paris market.

The merger bid, revealed by Legal Week on 24 September, will see the 750-lawyer Paul Hastings take over the 60-lawyer Moquet Borde early in the New Year.
