JP Morgan in investment team rejig

US finance giant JP Morgan has overhauled its investment banking legal department after appointing New York-based in-house lawyers Diane Genova and Travis Epes to the newly-created roles of global co-general counsel for investment banking.

Genova will focus primarily on derivatives, structured finance and loan and credit matters.
