Macfarlanes set for dual finance raid

Macfarlanes is set to launch a heavyweight UK debt finance practice with the hire of a respected acquisition finance partner from Kirkland & Ellis.

Bronwen Jones is set to join Macfarlanes from the Chicago giant’s London arm, which she joined as a partner from Ashurst Morris Crisp four years ago.
