Freshfields finalises its top team with co-head and chief executive

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has formally announced the appointment of German
managing partner Konstantin Mettenheimer as its new co-senior partner alongside the re-elected Anthony Salz.

Mettenheimer, a Frankfurt-based tax and corporate specialist, will replace the retiring Christian Wilde when his term ends in May 2004.
