Private practice lawyers have slammed panel reviews as poorly conducted and often counterproductive, despite their growing popularity among in-house legal departments.
In the latest Legal Week/EJ Legal Big Question survey, two-thirds (64%) of the more than 100 leading lawyers polled claimed that such review processes were either ‘inefficient’ or ‘very inefficient’.
