CC and Tower Snow face $140m Brobecks claim

Clifford Chance (CC) and its senior West Coast partner Tower Snow are facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit by a group of former lawyers and staff from the defunct Brobeck Phleger & Harrison.

The plaintiffs are claiming up to $140m (£84m) compensation as well as punitive damages.
