Skaddens names new frankfurt partner

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has hired a Frankfurt-based partner to launch a German tax practice. Former Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner tax specialist Hans-Georg Berg becomes the fourth partner in Skaddens’ Frankfurt branch. The hire is the first senior appointment the New York firm has made in Germany this year.
