This week’s ‘target’, Kenneth MacRitchie, was asked to write a few spontaneous lines. This is what his handwriting revealed:

This chap’s writing immediately suggests that he is not only goal-minded but that it is his OWN goals he has in mind! He is not a ‘natural’ controller in that far from insisting upon it he actually resents having to control, his preference being to work with like-minded people who know their own minds! He is detail conscious in the extreme and will notice detail other’s miss. The chances are high that he will have a very active dislike of approximation or woolly interpretation. Just try getting him to make a decision based upon someone else’s interpretation of a situation and he will metamorphose into the Grand Inquisitor! Although keen, his approach is flexible, which could be seen by some as a sign of vacillation, but they would be very wrong – he is literally ‘testing the water’. When he asks for another’s point of view he has very probably already made his decision and merely wants to compare notes. Lower loops that pull to the right [like most of his] generally [I bet he hates THAT word!] reflect a tendency to channel energies from other areas into work-related activities. In other words, once he has the winning post in sight his blinkers are on until he has passed it!
