C&W's Fitz to head Misys law team

Former Cable & Wireless general counsel Dan Fitz has been appointed as the new head of legal and company secretary at Ftse 250 software company Misys.

Fitz will start in the newly created role on 20 October, reporting to executive chairman Kevin Lomax and responsible for the company’s legal function world-wide.
