Linklaters hire heralds Paris PPP launch

Linklaters’ has launched a public law and public private partnership (PPP) team in Paris with the appointment of the former head of Landwell’s local public law team.

Paul Lignieres, who joined the magic circle firm on 1 September, specialises in PPP and has previously worked in-house for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and as a project manager at the World Bank.
