Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) is replacing large parts of its telecommunications infrastructure with a state-of-the-art voice over internet protocol (VoIP) system, which routes both telephone calls and data communications over the Internet.

The move to VoIP – which many firms have considered but few have yet implemented – is part of a £250,000 overhaul of BLP’s communications systems, which is being carried out by Bailey Telecom.
