Leading lawyers reject Government call to boycott Burma business links

Two-thirds of UK lawyers would advise on operations in Burma, despite British Government calls for UK companies to boycott the country, according to the Legal Week/EJ Legal Big Question survey.
The poll of more than 100 leading lawyers found that 64% of respondents would advise on client operations in Burma, against just 36% who said they would turn down the instruction.
