BLG takes PSS out

Barlow Lyde & Gilbert (BLG) has advised established Swedish engineering client Trelleborg Group on its £495m acquisition of Smiths Group’s precision seals company, Polymer Sealing Solutions (PSS).

BLG corporate partner Keith Snedden advised Trelleborg on the deal that sees the international engineering company grow its workforce from 6,000 to 21,000 employees in 40 countries.
