BrusselsTroubled Minnesota firm Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly is negotiating the sale of its trio of European offices in a bid to cut costs.

The bulk of Oppenheimers’ 35-lawyer Palo Alto arm is being taken over by Dechert.
