Lathams scoops Simmons client trio

Latham & Watkins’ London insolvency practice has won instructions from three Simmons & Simmons clients, following the defection of the firm’s insolvency head, John Houghton.

The US-based firm is acting for clients Kroll, KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint) and Singer & Friedlander on recent insolvency transactions.
