Hummingbird buys iManage reseller

Hummingbird, the document management systems developer, has agreed to buy legal technology reseller Kramer Lee Associates (KLA) for £4.5m.

Ernie Kramer, the public face of KLA, will stay on as the head of the company when it becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hummingbird.
