MoFo bags CC debt finance team

Clifford Chance (CC) has been hit by the departure of a US debt trading team to San Francisco giant Morrison & Foerster (MoFo).

The five-lawyer team – led by partner Charles Cole and including of-counsel Jennifer Mink – joined MoFo on Monday (23 June) will be split between the top 25 US firm’s Washington and New York arms.
