Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) advised Tesco on its joint venture with BT’s former mobile phone division O2 to launch a virtual mobile network under the supermarket chain’s brand – the fourth major telecoms deal that BLP has closed in recent months.
BLP corporate partner Richard Shaw led the team to advise on the launch of Tesco Mobile, supported by corporate partner Antony Grossman, working closely with Tesco in-house counsel Bal Dhillon.
