The Body Shop has overhauled its roster of legal advisers, dropping Nabarro Nathanson and Olswang and appointing Baker & McKenzie as its principal UK counsel, on the instruction of the company’s chairman, Adrian Bellamy.

General counsel Susie Flook was told by Bellamy to drop The Body Shop’s UK corporate counsel Nabarros in favour of Bakers at the end of April. In contrast, the company had only instructed Olswang on a handful of occasions.
