Tribunal hears billing claims against former Derks partner

Amsterdam An investigation into a former partner at Dutch firm CMS Derks Star Busmann has uncovered three cases of attempted double-billing, in the latest twist to the long-running fees dispute.

A disciplinary hearing at the Amsterdam Professional Court on 24 March examining the conduct of Derks Star partner Niek Wilke heard that a Utrecht bankruptcy court had received three double statements for work totalling $7,660 in connection with Wilke’s work.
