Landwell’s Swiss and Greek members have pulled out of the Pricewaterhouse-Coopers-tied law network citing post-Enron reforms in the latest blow to the legal ambitions of the big four accountants.

Landwell’s Swiss arm Suter & Partners was forced to pull out after local legislation outlawed Swiss firms from allying with other professional services firms and Greek member Kyriakides Georgopoulos cited tough restrictions in the US’ Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
