BFL acquires new French arm

CMS Cameron McKenna’s French ally CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (BFL) has taken over a new practice in Lyon, becoming the firm’s only French arm outside of its Paris base, with the purchase of a 51% stake in local firm Boyer Clement Pegand.

Forty-lawyer Boyer Clement was officially renamed CMS BFL Lyon last month as BFL purchased an additional 17% of shares in the firm, which is incorporated as a trading company, becoming its principal stakeholder.
