Pinsents hires rated corporate partner

Pinsent Curtis Biddle has hired respected corporate finance lawyer Jay Birch from the UK arm of Germany tax specialist Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner in a significant boost to the UK firm’s corporate practice.

Birch, who is also expected to play a European development role, started as a partner in the national firm’s corporate finance department earlier this month.
