The merger of Addleshaw Booth & Co and Theodore Goddard (TG) was voted through today (16 April) with both firms securing unanimous partner approval for the deal.
The merger agreement, which was expected to achieve widespread support, will create a 174-partner firm under the name Addleshaw Goddard from 1 May.
