Fried Frank loses rainmaker ahead of Ashursts vote

A veteran Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson rainmaker has quit and moved to the rapidly expanding New York base of Chicago’s Kirkland & Ellis.

Stephen Fraidin, a partner at Fried Frank since 1971, moves to Kirklands’ transactional practice where he will work on his core M&A practice.
