For the past year, my job as head of IT has also encompassed the role of project manager for the firm’s relocation. By the summer, all TLT personnel will be under one roof. Sounds easy doesn’t it?
TLT has a total of 320 staff currently occupying two sites, one mile apart, on a 50:50 split of staff. The move involves reorganising all staff into the larger of the existing two sites. At One Redcliff Street we will occupy a total of nearly 50,000 sq ft in a landmark Bristol building which has fantastic views across the city.
