Linklaters appoints Madrid litigation chief

Linklaters has hired a senior litigation and arbitration specialist in Spain to head up its local contentious practice.

Ignacio Diez Picazo joins from his position as professor of procedural law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He will join the firm as an of counsel in order to continue teaching part-time in addition to heading up the firm’s Spanish law litigation group.
